An oak desk composed of two side pedestal sections and a central knee-hole section.  On the left side pedestal section there are three drawers above which is a pull out writing slide.  A shallow drawer sits above the central knee-hole section.  On the right side pedestal section there are two drawers above which is a pull out writing slide. (British, label: ‘Durrant Office Furniture’, c.1940s).  A highly functional, sturdy piece of furniture from the period of Utility furniture.
