An exquisite ladies rich dark brown coloured crocodile leather Travelling Dressing Case, lined with dark green silk moire fabric, the whole on four brass feet complete with storm case and with silver-gilt and other fittings: silver-gilt mirror, button/lace hook, tweezers and six various silver-gilt top bottles and containers; faux tortoiseshell: container, hair brush, clothes brush, shoe horn; two leather jewellery boxes and an associated spirit flask. Brass locking mechanism on top of case and key. Monogram 'M.G.J' in gold lettering.

Excellent condition - the fittings look as if they have never been used, only the comb and glove stretchers are not present. The leather is in very good condition and retains its original nourished and lustrous appearance; the handle has some wear commensurate to age and use.
